Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods or services repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Cancellation before service begins
If you cancel before any scheduled consultation, preparation, or delivery work has started, we will review the request for a full or partial refund depending on any direct costs already incurred.
Cancellation after work has started
Where preparation or service delivery has already commenced, any refund or credit may be reduced to reflect time spent, materials prepared, or administrative costs reasonably associated with the arrangement.
How to request a return or refund
Email office@boostchmotioneu.world with your name, contact details, date of purchase or booking, and a short explanation of the issue. We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days.
Change of mind
Change-of-mind refunds are assessed case by case where permitted by the terms agreed at the time of purchase and subject to applicable consumer law rights.
